Rod Run 19 & Car Show:

The Vista Village Business Association announces the 19th Annual Vista Rod Run being held on Sunday, August 3rd from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Historic Downtown district. Rod Run entry form and Rod Run Vendor Application
This year a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Vista.
The Rod Run is one of the largest car shows in the
San Diego
area as well as one of
Vista
’s biggest community events. Car lovers will be drooling over more than 200 of the finest hot rods around.
Prizes will be awarded for Best of Show, Best Upholstery, Best Paint, Best Graphics, Mayor’s Choice, People’s Choice, Longest Distance, Club Participation, Best Woodie and Best Custom Motorcycle.
Music will be provided on a stage by the fountain on
Main Street
at
Michigan Avenue
.

What is Rod Run?
The Vista Rod Run has been an annual event in the City of Vista for 18 years. It's main goal is to attract people to the revitalized downtown area and to provide funds for a local charity, which rotates on a yearly basis. This years charity is the Vista Boys and Girls Club. Rod Run has live bands and there are numerous restaurants located downtown.
